Trump commemorates 9/11 anniversary

President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump observed a moment of silence at the White House, to commemorate the 16th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks. The moment of silence was held at 8:46 a.m, the exact time that American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center in Manhattan. Trump also attended a ceremony at the Pentagon. Vice President Mike Pence is attending a ceremony in Shanksville, Pennsylvania,
the site where United Airlines flight 93 crashed.
Nearly 3,000 people died on 9/11, the deadliest terror attacks on American soil.
