Amusing footage has emerged from the UK of radio DJ and presenter Lilah Parsons getting her hair caught up on a rope while doing a charity abseil.

The video, captured on Sunday, shows Parsons dangling from the rope while descending from the Orbit in Olympic Park, London.

She is eventually able to get herself free and lower herself back down.

Parsons was doing the abseil in aid of the Children's Air Ambulance.
