Hillary Clinton has declared that she is “done with being a candidate.”

Hillary Clinton has declared that she is “done with being a candidate.”
She made the comment during a recent interview with CBS Sunday Morning’s Jane Pauley who asked her, “Is your political career over?”
“Yes. As an active politician, it’s over,” Clinton responded. “I am done with being a candidate, but I am not done with politics because I literally believe that our country’s future is at stake.”
Clinton has been speaking out against policy actions the Trump administration has taken; towards the end of August, she agreed with a tweet which stated, “There's NO reason for a transgender ban. Military isn't asking for it. Americans don't want it. This is about Trump embrace of hate. Period.”
And last week, she retweeted a post by Univision anchor Jorge Ramos asking people to speak out against ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, also known as DACA.
“No time to waste - we've got to fight with everything we've got to #DefendDACA. Thanks, @jorgeramosnews, for sharing these powerful stories,” Clinton added.
During her interview with Pauley, she also took direct aim at President Trump.
“We have a reality show that leads to the election of a president," Clinton said. "He ends up in the Oval Office. He says, ‘Boy, it’s so much harder than I thought it would be. This is really tough. I had no idea.’ Well, yeah, because it’s not a show. It’s real. It’s reality, for sure.”
