Five former U.S. presidents band together for Harvey relief

There's a new dream team in town. Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Jimmy Carter joined forces for a charity effort toward Hurricane Harvey relief. Donations will be collected through an account created by George H.W. Bush's library foundation. The former POTUS's are banding together without Trump despite past relief efforts with former sitting presidents.
