ICRC president calls on Palestinian Authority to end Gaza sanctions

The president of the International Committee of the Red Cross is calling on the Palestinian Authority (PA), which governs the West Bank, to end its pressure tactics on Gaza, a Hamas-ruled Palestinian territory.
