A British national has been arrested for allegedly raping three visually challenged children at National Association for the Blind in Delhi. Murray Denis Ward, the accused has been a donor for the last eight or nine years. He used to visit the school run by the association on a frequent basis and has been accused of raping least three children, all under 8 years old.
