San Diego hit by Hepatitis A outbreak

San Diego's homeless population is in severe danger... now that it has been hit by the hepatitis A virus. The outbreak first began in November but vaccinations failed to reduce the infection rate. Hepatitis A infections, which attack the liver, are especially hard on the homeless due to poor sanitation.
