Taxi driver Marleo Bagcal narrates on video how former UP student Carl Angelo Arnaiz boarded his taxi, asked him to bring him to Caloocan and then robbed him.
19-year-old Arnaiz was killed in an alleged shootout with Caloocan police on August 18 after declaring heist while onboard a taxi along 5th Avenue in Caloocan City.
Police claimed that Arnaiz was later on found with two packs of marijuana in his pocket and three packs of suspected shabu in his backpack.
