Rey Mysterio comes out and tells the fans that he is excited to be on a different show and he is ready for the new journey that's awaiting for him, but Santino Marella, in Santino Marella fashion, tries to humiliate Mysterio because of his mask and insults him by comparing him to a little kid. So, Santino gives Rey an opportunity to speak, but in a language that everyone can understand. So Mysterio does just that.
