Price gouging reported in Texas in Harvey aftermath

Hurricane Harvey couldn't stop stores from using the tragedy to sky rocket prices for limited resources, including water. There have been 684 complaints of price gouging. One convenience store charged $99 for a case of water. Gas prices are expected to rise regardless due to a low supply and damages to pipelines. U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry warned retailers wo are taking advantage to "watch out."
