When Josh Peck didn't invite Drake Bell to his wedding in June, Bell was furious and tweeted "Ties are officially cut. I'll miss you brotha." Flash-forward to the MTV VMA's last night when this happened: That's right, Peck and Bell are back to being the best of bros. Let's just hope Megan doesn't come in and ruin everything.
