Info from Licensor: "Hurricane Harvey was approaching and a Copper's hawk seeks refuge in my car and does not want to leave. His wing was fine when I checked him over and nothing was broken. I think he feels safe doing taxi fares with me till the Hurricane passes. I decided to call him Harvey the Hurricane Hawk. He continued to ride with me and I posted updates along the way."
