'World's heaviest man' undergoes weight-loss surgery in Mexico

Thirty-two year old Mexican Juan Pedro Franco, who at 595 kilos was known as the most obese man in the world, spoke to the media Wednesday, a few days after undergoing weight-loss surgery, in a hospital in Guadalajara, saying he feels "really good."
