DFA: Drafting of Code of Conduct in South China Sea making good progress

Acting Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo said on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, that the drafting of framework of the Code of Conduct in the South China Sea looked very promising. He said that two meetings had already been held between China and ASEAN and and had achieved postive results.
