Footage showing thousands of tiny glistening silver fish swimming by the shore in Mount's Bay, Cornwall, UK.

"A huge two and a half mile long shoal of glistening silver fish has been pushed right in to the shore in Mount's Bay, Cornwall," the filmer wrote.

"It is currently stretching between Jubilee Pool in Penzance, past Newlyn and as far as Mousehole harbour."

"Underneath the shoal, mackerel can be seen feeding on the tiny fish which are mostly about three inches long," he added.

"Dolphins were seen in the area at the same time, which may in turn be feeding on the mackerel."
