Bangladeshi ambassador: It's the poor people's money

Bangladeshi Ambassador to the Philippines retired Maj. Gen. John Gomes said it's the poor, hard-working people's money, that's why it hurts them more. He said they're working with the Philippine government to recover the money. "So far so good, we're hopeful we'd recover all," he told reporters on Tuesday.
