Duterte: Longtime friend owns chopper used in sorties

Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte bared the owner of the chopper he used during a campaign sortie in Pangasinan. He said the chopper, with body number RP C2048, was owned by his friend Archie Poe of Lion Air, who only charged him “operational costs.
