Now Joe is in the midst of his 41-month sentence after also pleading guilty to multiple counts of fraud plus he faces the chance of getting deported since be he never became a US citizen.
Rumors of infidelity have plagued their relationship for years. When Teresa was away, Joe was reportedly caught with multiple women but denied cheating on his incarcerated wife.
