When victory was obvious over Iraq after its invasion of Kuwait, General H. Norman Schwarzkopf gave what quickly became known as the Mother of All News .
Schwarzkopf was born Herbert Norman Schwarzkopf Jr,in Trenton,New Jersey to Herbert Norman Schwarzkopf,then the Superintendent of the New Jersey State .
