Ponducherry 's Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi secretly roam around Ponducherry on scooter. She hides her face with scarf and went out on the road late night. She took stock of the safety of women.Bedi said that she feels that girls in Ponducherry are safe but she will give some suggestions to the Police which will be for tightened security.

पुडुचेरी की उपराज्यपाल किरण बेदी ने गोपनीय तरीके से स्कूटर की सवारी की। वो देर रात सड़क पर निकलीं और महिलाओं की सुरक्षा का जायजा लिया। बेदी ने स्कूटर के पीछे मुंह छिपा कर सवारी की।बेदी ने अपना मुंह दुपट्टे से छुपाया हुआ था। बेदी ने कहा कि उनको लगता है कि पुडुचेरी में लड़कियां सुरक्षित हैं लेकिन वो पुलिस को कुछ ऐसे सुझाव देंगी जिनसे सुरक्षा और सख्त होगी।
