The epithet conservative or liberal is used to describe political and economic views and affiliations. The meaning of "conservative" or "liberal" could be different in different contexts - social, economic and political. They also differ in usage in different countries and over time

What explains the idiocy of the liberal elite? It’s their education
Enough! Enough! For months, the so-called liberal elite has been writing articles, having radio and TV discussions, giving sermons (literally) and making speeches in which it has struggled to understand those strange creatures: ordinary people.
The elite is bemused by what drives these people to make perverse decisions about Brexit and Trump. Are they racist, narrow-minded or just stupid? Whatever the reason, ordinary people have frankly been a disappointment.
Time, ladies and gentlemen, please! Instead, let’s do the opposite. Let’s try to explain to ordinary people what drives the liberal elite. The elite persists with some very strange and disturbing views. Are its members brainwashed, snobbish or just so remote from real life that they do not understand how things work? What is the pathology of liberal eliteness?

Chicagoans Scourge Obama, Rahm Emanuel: ‘This Mayor Does Not Care About Black People’
People are finally waking up to the fact that Democratic policies have failed them.
This is a video not to be missed as it proves that there’s been an awakening across America that Democratic policies have failed inner city communities for far too long.
MSNBC’s Chris Hayes hosted a “Chicago in the Crosshairs” townhall to find out why the city has become such a hellhole and what he heard from some of them literally left him visibly blown away. That’s because Hayes heard strong and unexpected criticisms of liberal favorites Barack Obama and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel from the mouths of black people.

Why I Despise Justin Trudeau
It has been suggested that I should articulate the reasons for my sincere and utter disdain for Canada’s 23rd Prime Minister.
So here it is…
In 2013, the nation watched as the Liberal Party of Canada (LPC) selected it’s new party leader.
Canada saw the fierce competition between the various candidates, from Marc Garneau to Martha Hall Findlay to Joyce Murray, among others including, Justin Trudeau.
I recall observing with rapt attention; Garneau would have been my vote if I was a member of the LPC. Garneau, the former astronaut and former head of the Canadian Space Agency, was a candidate with exceptional credentials, integrity and demonstrated a solid understanding of the endeavour he had embarked upon and the consequences of a victory. I was so disappointed when the space man threw his support behind the space cadet. But I digress — pardon me. I did not know at the time, that Pierre Elliott Trudeau’s oldest child was even the Member for Papineau until I saw him pop up in the Liberal leadership race.
