Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan gives clarity on Nandyal By-Election. He said Janasena party will be neutral as it won't support any party in the by elections. He said party will take part in elections only after the completion of formation of the party at field level. Pawan seems to be separated from BJP and TDP parties which he helped in 2014 elections. Sources say that PK took the decision to be neutral in the elections as his party is not yet formed.
