Guard dog attacks intruder who clearly lost a ton of blood
  • 7 years ago
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA — A pet german shepherd has proven his worth as a guard dog, after his family arrived home to find blood splattered across the walls of their house, likely from an intruder.

On August 10, Tristan Murran and his mother walked through their front door, their dog Oden waiting patiently near the entrance. At first glance, everything seemed normal, but a few paces deeper into their home revealed blood on the walls, the doors, the carpeted stairs, and all across the second floor of their house.

Tristan claims Oden has never attacked anyone before or shown any signs of aggression, but he clearly has it in him when he finds himself in the line of duty. So far, there are no leads on a potential suspect. The family posted a video of the crime scene in their home on Facebook, which has since racked up more than 17 million views.

According to ABC News 8, authorities suspect the intruder must have required medical attention following the failed break and enter attempt.
