Stray dogs in India are turning blue because of pollution
  • 7 years ago
Several dogs in India have been caught on camera with bright blue fur, possibly caused by swimming in polluted water.

Around five strays have been filmed with the strange colouring, after swimming in a stretch of river in Navi Mumbai, India.

It isn’t clear which chemicals are responsible, but authorities said it could be industrial dye being pumped into the water.
