Marlins sold to Derek Jeter for $1.2 billion

According to the Herald, Derek Jeter will run the Marlins. Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria sold the team to Jeter for $1.2 million. The group has 16 investors lined up and ready to complete the sale. Jeter is also contributing with $25 million. Welcome back to the MLB, Jeter!
