Severe storms and a tornado blew through Salisbury, Maryland, on Monday, August 7. The National Weather Service said Tuesday that the tornado was an EF1 with 105 mph winds.Video footage recorded by the Salisbury Police Department shows the Delmarva Power company trying to restore power in a damaged power line.
