T-Swift is set to testify against disc jockey David Mueller for a sexual assault incident four years ago. Back in 2013, Swift accused Mueller of reaching under her dress and grabbing her bottom while taking a photo backstage. Mueller denied groping Swift, but an internal investigation resulted in his termination from KYGO radio. He initiated a suit in 2015, and Swift filed a counterclaim. Their trial is set to begin in Denver on August 7th.
