New reports surfaced claiming that the former couple are close to wrapping negotiations on a custody agreement for their daughter Dream… and neither Rob or Chyna have asked for spousal support.

But that could change. And if anyone ends up asking – it could be Rob.

Rumor has it he makes very little on his own outside the family reality show, but she banks the money on appearances and hosting gigs.

So even if custody ends up being a 50/50 split, Rob might still have the opportunity to go after her for support.

Either way, it appears that’s not on the table and TMZ reports that they are close to reaching a settlement.
