Matar Mushroom Recipe - Matar Mushroom Masala - Matar Mushroom Curry

This is a Punjabi Matar Mushroom recipe, a mushroom and green peas dish. Simple to make and healthy. Do try & give your feedback.
Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
300 grams green peas
200 grams mushrooms
3 tomatoes & 1 inch ginger - pureed
2 onions & 1 bulb garlic cloves - pureed
1/2 cup milk
fresh turmeric grated - 1 tsp or 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 tsp hara dhania/cilantro
1 tbsp kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
500 ml water
