Lady Gaga Keeps Dodging Court Appearance in Kesha Case

Here’s one fight Lady Gaga is trying to avoid.
The fight between Kesha and Dr. Luke.
According to reports, the singer has been ducking deposition demands by the music producer in his defamation case against Kesha. She accused him of sexually assaulting her, and then spilling about the incident to Gaga via text messages in 2013 – even calling him a serial rapist.
And Luke is going after her – and wants Gaga to turn over the texts.
Funny thing is, when he subpoenaed the messages from her earlier this year, she responded with a heavily redacted four pages spreadsheet of the texts.
And on of the four pages was redacted in its entirety.
Gaga claims the redacted materials are irrelevant and address unspecified private matters.
Luke has also tried to get her to sit for a deposition since March, but her lawyer says she’s unavailable due to her touring and filming schedule.
