Driver Gets First Hand Look at Nuclear Missile Convoy

A North Dakota resident was 35 miles south of Minot when they got stuck in traffic. The reason; an army convoy.While waiting for it to pass, the driver shot this video of the army vehicles as they drove passed but soon noticed something strange.
