In the Nithari scandal case, the CBI special court has sentenced the accused to death of Surendra Koli. Apart from Koli, accused Moninder Singh Pandher has also been sentenced to death. Earlier, Surendra Koli and Moninder Pandher had been convicted by the Ghaziabad court. The court found him accused of rape and attempted murder.
निठारी कांड मामले में सीबीआई की स्पेशल कोर्ट ने आरोपी सुरेंद्र कोली को फांसी की सजा सुनाई है. कोली के अलावा आरोपी मोनिंदर सिंह पंढेर को भी फांसी की सजा सुनाई गई है. इससे पहले सुरेंद्र कोली और मोनिंदर पंढेर को गाजियाबाद कोर्ट ने दोषी करार दिया था. कोर्ट ने उन्हें रेप और हत्या की कोशिश का आरोपी पाया था.
