Starting at the end of August, the Trump administration will ban American citizens from traveling to North Korea. Citizens were always strongly warned against visiting,
but some ventured with
tour groups through China. The announcement follows the death of 22 year-old American student Otto Warmbier... who returned from his prison sentence in a coma. He was sentenced to 15 years of hard labor for subversion after trying to steal a propaganda banner. The ban will also put pressure on North Korea... over its nuclear weapons program.
