Man rescues cat dangling 15 feet in air

A video has emerged from Russia showing a man rescuing a cat which was hanging by a rope from a pipe in a hospital carpark.

In the clip, which was filmed in Krasnodar last year, the man crawls on his hands and knees along the pipe to reach the tangled feline.

Unfortunately, when he disentangles the cat, it falls fifteen feet or so to the ground below.

However, the tale has a happy ending as the cat was looked after by staff of the hospital and nursed back to health.
