R. Kelly 'alarmed and disturbed' by abusive cult allegations

After a Monday morning Buzzfeed article accused R. Kelly of hosting an "abusive cult" for young women, the R&B singer has responded through his attorneys. R. Kelly's lawyers said in a statement The report claims that Kelly has "brainwashed" the women in question and that he abuses them both sexually and verbally, films their sexual encounters, and doesn't allow them to contact their family, among other things.
