QUETTA: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam’s (JUI-F) candidate Muhammad Usman Badini is leading in by-election in the National Assembly constituency (NA-260) in Chagai-cum-Noshki districts of Balochistan province with Balochistan National Party-Mengal’s Mir Bahadur trailing behind him, ARY News reported.
