UP College bans mobile for students, says causes distraction | Oneindia News

A college in the city of Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh , Maharaja Harish Chandra PG College , has banned the use of cell phones by its students in the college premises. The college principal says that social media as well as talking to girls over the phone has become a distraction for the college boys.
