Kayakers Hit the Streets in Western New York Floodwater

A couple of kayakers decided to have some fun after flash floods soaked Western New York on July 13.Water on the streets of Cowlesville was not quite high enough for a pair of kayakers whose boats bottomed out on their way down the street.Nearby in Buffalo, New York, the water was high enough to strand cars and cause emergency rescue crews to rescue drivers.
