6'8" Kris Wilkes is the other McDonald's All American headed to UCLA for the upcoming season, the other being Jaylen Hands. UCLA has the 2nd best ranked recruiting class going into the season according Scout.com and Wilkes is a big reason for that. With his length and athleticism he creates match up problems for opposing defenders thanks to his ability to score away from the basket against post players with his shooting and is able to score on the block against smaller defenders. He's extremely effective in transition and has the ability to finish above the rim thanks to his athleticism.
