Former Team India skipper and Team Director Ravi Shastri has been appointed as the Head coach till 2019. With the like of Virender Sehwag and Tom Moody in the race for the top post, the CAC comprising of Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and VVS Laxman has appointed Shastri for the top job. Shastri is also very close to Indian skipper Virat Kohli.
