Rare Albino Whale Migaloo Follows Tourist Boat at Port Macquarie

Passengers aboard a cruise boat off the coast of Port Macquarie were delighted to sight the rare white whale known as Migaloo on Saturday, July 8.Whales migrate north towards warmer temperatures between May and July each year, but Migaloo’s presence was still an early surprise, 9 News reported.Until 2011, when an all-white baby humpback was sighted, Migaloo was believed to be the only white whale in the world.
