Categorically ruling out any desire to be the opposition's face for Prime Minister in 2019, Janata Dal (U) leader Nitish Kumar on Monday said it was the Congress party's job to set a coherent opposition agenda that is "non-reactive".

The differences between the JDU leader Nitish Kumar who is also the Bihar CM and the Congress leadership have been surfacing for quite sometime now. But on Monday Nitish for the first time spelled out exactly what his problem with the main opposition party is.
