Papanasam Review---
Papanasam is the Tamil version of the blockbuster Malayalam movie titled as Drishyam which had Mollywood superstar Mohanlal and Meena in the lead roles. This movie was originally directed Jeethu Joseph who also directing this Tamil Version which has huge expectations from the South Indian audience particularly from the Tamil audience.
This movie, Papanasam has Kamal Haasan in the male lead role which was enacted by Mohanlal in the original movie while the female lead role is being played by Gautami which was played by Meena. This pair is exciting many among the Kollywood Film Industry because of the fact that they are both acting together after a very long time.
Other than the lead roles, this movie also has Niveda Thomas, Esther Anil, Kalabhavan Mani, Asha Sarath, Anant Mahadevan, M.S.Bhaskar, Roshan Basheer, Charle, Delhi Ganesh, Sree Raam. This movie is being produced by Suresh Balaje, George Pius, Rajkumar Sethupathi, Sripriya under the production company Wide Angle Creations and Raj Kumar Theatres.
Papanasam movie is all set to hit the screens on the 3rd of July, 2015 after a very brisk shooting. The movie completed its shooting in no time. Officially its a remake of a Malayalam movie Drishyam starring Mohanlal. Later this was remade into Telugu with Victory Venkatesh in the lead role.
