‘In name of education?’: At least 6 killed in violent clashes between teachers & police in Mexico

Violent clashes between police and a teachers’ union in southern Mexico have left six people dead. The radical union is opposed to the mandatory testing of teachers as part of the government’s sweeping education reform. It is also protesting the arrest of union leaders on money laundering charges, as well as others.
