Indigo Mumbai-Delhi flight catches fire at Delhi airport

New Delhi: Indigo plane from Mumbai to Delhi with 147 passengers on board catches fire at Delhi’s T1 terminal. Several passengers sustained injuries. Fire was reported in the front tyre during landing. Air traffic controller on the towers saw that there was fire on the incoming flight. Exact nature of fire is still not reported.
According to TV reports, injured passengers have been rushed to near by hospitals.
Rescue and emergency services have been pressed into service.
Meanwhile, Indigo airline issued statement sating passengers and crew is safe. Flight captain observed dense smoke from ATC tower.
