Devon Dotson Shows Out In Providence Day Victory

The Providence Day Chargers won Friday’s non-conference game against Word of God Christian Academy by a score of 84-66.

Word of God Christian Academy (ranked no. 20 by USA Today) is led by 6-foot-4 senior Rawle Alkins, who is being recruited by North Carolina and N.C. State. Alkins is ranked as the No. 15 overall recruit in the Class of 2016.

The Holy Rams also have two premiere guards; Jalen Harris and Jaylen Fornes. Both teams showed why they were the top programs in the country with amazing guard play from both sides.

Senior Grant Williams recorded 24 points while sophomore Devon Dotson added 23 for the Chargers.

The top performer of the night would be the Chargers sophomore point guard Devon Dotson who is currently averaging 18.5 points per game, 4.2 rebounds per game and 4 assists.
