‘If Russia was involved in a FIFA corruption scandal, it would be punished’

Football and England's World Cup bidding team has been implicated in a corruption scandal, over its failed bid to host the 2018 tournament. A FIFA report also names former UK Prime Minister David Cameron and Prince William, who were apparently at a meeting where vote-swapping was discussed.
