A stolen police helicopter launched an attack on the Venezuelan Supreme Court Tuesday, in what President Nicolas Maduro said was a thwarted "terrorist attack" aimed at ousting him from power. President Nicolas Maduro blamed the assault on a rogue police pilot named Oscar Perez. No-one was injured on the attack.
