Footage of a maintenance worker at a middle school in China destroying cell phones as a warning to students.

The video, filmed in Guiyang, Guizhou Province on June 21, shows a man - dressed in the camouflage clothing - using a hammer of some kind to smash the phones in front of all the students in the playground.

The school is reportedly under military management and doesn't allow students to use their phones during teaching hours.
