"When was the last time an actor assassinated a President?” Actor Johnny Depp jokingly suggested that he supported the assassination of President Trump at the 2016 Glastonbury music festival in the U.K. “I want to clarify, I'm not an actor. I lie for a living. However, it's been a while..and maybe it's time." Depp seemed to refer to actor John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated President Abraham Lincoln in 1865. His controversial comments didn’t go unnoticed.
